looks like the color of her lips are different in the avatar and on her doll

I get this too. On one of my alt dolls, Corset, she has the exact same lips and the exact same problem. When we buy new lips, they only appear on our doll in our loft, not on our profile picture, or avatar, like shown above. It really bugs me, and I am glad that someone has brought this up.
The Mauraders were alive that night, all four of them, you know, but it wasn't the same; only three were true and one was gone, and the one that was gone shouldn't have been. But they were together, again, and in that moment, they knew, they would never say goodbye.

This comes from the fact that they are animated lips: as they aren't animated on your avatar, they do not look totally the same.
