Kayla:
"I know! That's why you should help me!" I said to Iree and the others. "Come on, Verene! Tell everyone the good news!" I grabbed her hand and tried to pull her to the front desk. "Stand up on here and tell everybody!"
(Just one quick question... How does Xavier look ?)

(Here he is, Sub)
I froze in my place before yelling at everyone, "None of anyone's business. Now, go back to what you were doing." And with that, I got off the stage, walked to the bar's counter and covered my face in my hands.
(I think the next mission should be saving Iree's cousin.)
(( I second that! ))
Iree:
"It's alright Verene. Do you see those little shadows outside? The ones that are going away. Those are the people who we're looking for you and now they're gone. It worked."
(Thanks! And yeah, I think that's a great idea!)
Kayla:
Gasp! I was so shocked. But it didn't really matter, anyways. I rushed to the job board and asked daddy if I could go to the second floor.
"Daddy!" I said. I tugged at his sleeve to get his attention. He was talking with some other people who were also part of the guild. "Daddy, daddy! Can we go to the second floor to get a job ? Please ?" I asked. "I really want to do a job. Can we pick a hard one ?"
Carmine:
I sort of just... trudge behind them, following more because of boredom rather than any sort of actual interest. I roll my eyes at the girl, the second floor was explained to all of us and honestly, it seemed like a stupid idea to try for one.
Verene:
”We are not taking on a mission.” I said forcefully, ”I promised Iree we are helping her.”
Verene:
'I promised. And I make my promises come true." I said calmly.
Iree:
I was shocked. I didnt think anyone would actually be willing to help. My happiness was overwhelming and I hugged her tightly "thank you so much!"
Verene:
I tensed and whispered, "If you keep on hugging me like this, I might have to change my mind."
Iree:
I backed away. "Sorry" I thought about how long it took me to get here. "It's about a three day trip. I'd umm...Like to leave first thing...in the...umm...morning. If that's okay with the rest of you."
Kayla:
"Wait a minute!" I spun around. "If we're helping Iree, isn't that like a mission ? But a volunteer mission, right ? Right! I wanna come, too! I think this will be fun! Oooh! Are we gonna rescue somebody ? Is it gonna be a princess ? Are we gonna fight dragons and stuff ? This is gonna be so cool!" I smiled. "I can't wait!"
Iree:
"The only dragons we'll be fighting will be my parents."
Kayla:
"Your parents are dragons ? Cool! But, wait... If your parents are dragons, why aren't you a dragon, Iree ? And, also, won't your parents be sad if you had to fight them ?" I asked, confused. "Oh well. I'm gonna go get daddy!"
I rushed up to daddy again.
"Daddy, we're going to help Iree fight her parents because they're dragons! Come with us, please!" I tugged on his sleeve.
Iree:
"No...It's a umm a metaphor. They're not really dragons. They're just...very scary."
Carmine:
I awkwardly put a hand on Iree's shoulder, "Um... It's okay, we're helping."
Verene:
I, almost, facepalmed at the over excited Kayla, "Fine fine. Tomorrow morning, we're heading out. We're not waiting for anybody so better be ready before dawn."
Xavier was laughing as he said, "I will, Kay. Don't worry...Just calm down a bit. This might be dangeorus." He turned around to Irinil and said, "Better start telling us what we're up against."
Iree:
"Well umm...where do you want to start? The layout of the building? The type of people my parents are? The positions of the guards? The security layout? What my parents do?"
Carmine:
"I'd say the very first obstacle we're bound to face. Probably security."
Kayla:
"Oh, okay," I said, and I sat down to listen to Iree and her plans to fight her evil parents. It was almost like a fairy tale! I felt so brave. I looked out the window, and I saw it was getting dark, and slowly, my eyes started to close, so I laid my head down on the wooden table, and I quickly fell asleep.
Iree:
"Then I should also talk about the layout of the building. There are three sections. Each section isn't very open. There are trees and gardens that fill them up. The first is a large wall with barbed wires surrounding the outside of the land with a guard every 50 feet. The next section is another wall with a security guard about a half mile in. It's the only door after the first wall. The third section has a traps laid out until you get to the paved part which starts the entrance of the mansion itself. The traps are all sorts. When I was trying to get out, I saw guns, lasers, hunting traps. There really could be anything. There are also some traps that are controlled manually. Cameras are hidden everywhere."
Carmine:
"Um... well... I, I'm not a good strategist, so I couldn't really contribute anything right now..." I say, astounded at the amount of security.
Iree:
"There is one path where it's mostly clear, however it's heavily guarded by strong guild members."
Xavier:
"Sounds like that would be our way in. We can kill them off easily." I said taking off my coat and putting it on the sleeping Kayla.
Carmine:
I smirk to myself. Death and destruction. Reminds me of home.
