Messages delete by them self?

I havnt been on OMD in a while. The last time I checked my messages I had more than I do now.It just gets less and less. Is this supposed to happen? Anyways, please help! :]

Right at the top of this news post is probably your answer.

Basically any comment or message over 3 months old will be automatically deleted.
And there's a limit on how many you can have in your inbox at any one time.
