I think on mdd along time ago somebody had a contest and offered dolls.
But like I said, that was long ago -.-

It is against the rules. I have just recieved a PM of somebody asking if I would like a doll of theirs (they're selling dolls.) I just reported it. At the end of their page, it should say 'Report Abuse on Page.' This works most of the time. It will be forwarded.
