The big day is coming!
Enjoy an exclusive offer, an outfit that's animated and shines brightly has a reduced price!
also find the color variation (not animated) in the flash store that will remain open for the duration of the offer that is to say until December 31 11:59 p.m. just before the transition to the new year!
(*Note* I do believe it is based on French Time)
Brings to mind another dress from the past:
It is nice to see a New Years outfit, however, I am not a fan of this outfit (AT ALL). I think the huge bow is a bit to much.
If anyone buys it, try sliding the bow "behind" your doll so it's not on top; that helps a little. A tiny bit... I bought it for my daughter's doll and it kinda looks better:

Great suggestion sierra! It actually makes the dress look unique which I think is what they were going for) but suitable.
The giant bow had me on the fence with this one, but I do like purple and "glittery" outfits. Once I hit Try it On and saw that everything comes separately, I decided to move forward with buying it.
Here is what you receive:

There is a way to actually wear items behind your doll, if you want to try it with the bow. Put it on your doll, then hold control (it may be a different key depending on your computer). This should give it a pale yellow outline to show that you have selected it. Next, drag the item off your doll, preferably to a spot in your loft without any items, while still holding control. Drag the white square in the scroll bar to the bottom. Use control again to drag the item where you want it behind your doll. The item may not be visible if your are in front of furniture even though you are wearing it, so make sure to move to a bare spot in your loft to see it. Slowly drag the scroll box square down until the item goes over your doll, then slowly drag it up until it goes back under (this helps prevent furniture from going on top of it).
A little off topic, but you can try that if you think it looks better.

By doing it they way you are describing, does it look anything like the doll in the post I posted above you?
I didn't particularly like the purple and gold version of the dress (or the huge bow) So i decided to get the black and silver one. I know this probably cost a lot more than the sale, even without the hat, balloons, glass etc, but it seemed a lot more practical for my doll.
Basically, I only bought the two skirts, the top, skin piece, sleeves, hair tights, shoes and belt and it cost me $$84. But on the plus side, I got it in the colour I wanted

I like the big bow, but I don't like where they have it on the doll. I laughed out loud at seeing how ridiculous it looked. It definitely looks better in the 'back' of your doll. I also think it would work as a house (party) decoration.
I got the purple tights for my 'purple doll'.

Nothing wrong with that. Why buy something if you're not going to like it? The sale price was $75, I believe, so you didn't spend too much more.

Yeah except the doll's arms go in front of the bow.
