[Reported ] Avatars being blacked out
Looking through the posts below, the following rooms are affected by this odd bug:
Submarine
Penthouse
Japanese Palace
Egyptian Palace
Luxary Restaurant
Concert Hall
Hotel
Beach
Veranda
The Disco
The Jet
Elite Villa
I'm sure this is a minor temporary bug

If I save my doll in the hotel room it looks like my avatar picture is smudged

I guess they must have fixed it sometime today while I was at my mother's house.

Wow, Sierra! They really did a number on your accounts! Haha! Comical!! Haizie is looking a little hazy
Have you tried moving them to a different room? Mine appears to only have the issue in the Hotel room. And yes, I am still having this problem.

I saved bearrydane in another room and that seems to have cleared that one up. Will try on the others as well. If it works, they'll show cleared up here as well.
On the dolls above, most of them had been saved on the beach. I moved to the Loft, saved and they cleared up. On izzydane, I moved her to the loft... saved... cleared up. Then to check something, I moved her back to the beach and saved her.... the avatar was once more messed up.

Concert Hall is messed up for me also. So it appears its just certain rooms... hmm. Someone with more rooms should check on this. Well, hopefully everything gets cleared up soon. I imagine that they are swamped right now though. I wish them the best of luck fixing things up!
At least we left the binary ages! Haha

I don't have all the rooms, but I saved in all the ones I did have with different dolls and different servers.
Hotel: 
Concert Hall:
Veranda:
Submarine:
And the Submarine room is acting strange. When I save the avatar on the first level everything is fine, but as soon as I move the doll down, the image messes up.
The Sub seems to think I'm in one of the normal rooms (going from right to left, and not up and down) when I move the doll -- this image has my doll over another doll to the right, a place you can't move her when in the Sub. And moving the doll further down the room turns the avatar black.

some of the other things I've noticed is that some hair is missing from the avatars, which probably is related to the other part.

We're fixing the bugs case by case (apparently this can't be done all at once).
So don't hesitate to post each room that is still having the issue.

Oh I thought I was the only one having this! Since I wasn't on my laptop much I couldn't really take a screenshot and report it so was waiting all that time.
My alt janelleyoung is having a very bad avatar in her hotel room. She looks so scary. Will try to post a screenshot when I can.

I have checked my rooms and the following rooms show my avatar looking funny the penthouse, Japanese Palace. But the Egyptian palace just shows a slightly different background.
