Okay everyone this quest costs $240 DB's give or take ... Also all of the riddles are really easy (i forgot to write them down) anyway one of them is kinda hard it's where you have to finish the quote, which I think is the last one and the answer is "Elementary, my dear Watson", so anywho there that is.

That's something specific for the French forums. It's a game the Gazette is running over there. We're going to have our own one hopefully this summer. It's hard to run forum games on two servers at once so we decided to do separate ones so we can focus our efforts on making it fun and not about just keeping servers in sync with each other. If that makes any sense.

To me.... that does NOT make sense.  Doesn't each server have their own set of mods?  Or are you, Darkelfqueen, a mod over there too? (not trying to sound rude or anything...)  What's the point of doing the last step this summer?  by then, it's not relevant and people will be like, "Oh yea, that quest back in April... we get to finish it then"

It';s not something run by mods at all. it's run by Gazette members (some just happen to be also mods on the French forums). And I'm the only member here.

Also we're not running this quest in the summer. We're planning another game for people by then. No promises, but we're trying to have something here. Please also notice we've had other exclusive Gazette contests for the English forum before.

I actually really love all the steps in this quest, and am looking forward to having some quiet time tonight once the kids are in bed to complete it on a few of my accounts. The items are really well drawn, and it's nice to see the steps all working together well. Thanks, Feerik! :)

LOVE this quest! And that green dress is to die for. <33 Also I seem to be running into a glitch where I can't see the rest of the story because the arrow disappears. Oh well.

I always have this glitch now. I can't remember the last time I was able to read an entire storyline :(

What I have found that works for me is to highlight, copy, the paste it in Pm.   Keeping the PM open, in a second tab or page, then I can read the whole part at a time.


On your page click on your avatar, open in another tab

on the new page, go to mailbox
open a private message

Go back to your first page
open the quest ~ go thru the quest as normal (leaving your message page open )
when come to part of the story you can't see, highlight it, copy. then switch to message page and paste it there in message.
there you can read what was not showing.

it's a few steps, but it works it you want to know what you are missing:

Or you can just wait like I do and read it all under "All Quests Guide" under doll discussion tab.

Yes having 2 quests a month is not enough time to save up feez.  Every other week is a new one, with things in between that are sometimes expensive.  One super quest a month with a new room would be better for people to save up.  Or even every 3 weeks instead of every other week.  We are not in the money honey.

240$ for this? Why? The items don't really flow for me ... not sure why ... like why a lime green dress in the last stage? I do not get it

And I miss the days of 190$ quests ...

Sigh...leave it to my main doll to not have the money to get the latest quest's awesome bookcases. I love-love those kind of bookcases, too.

I also really love the garden elements in this quest, and the 'attic scene' is cute, too.

Definitely doing this one as a mystery/Sherlock fan.

I believe this refers to the mystery: "The collection contains 7 porcelain eggs? Our investigation revealed their secret: each egg contains a clue to restore a treasure map. This map leads to a giant egg  of a mixture of  precious stones, gold and chocolate, which is offered to all today!"
