Have you tried to submit a ticket there?

scroll to the bottom of the page of your doll and click on "write us"

Keep in mind, it's Friday so they may not see your ticket (letter) until Monday or Tuesday of next week.

I would write it in your language first, then also send a translated version. You can use google translate. They should have someone on staff who can help you.
Not sure if the server will make a difference.

Recently, they were looking for an administrator with good English (recruitment). I think you should contact Feerik by submitting a ticket (again), and ask them all your questions.
