[Lotto] Drawing results on April 3rd

The results of the lotto will come on Tuesday, April 3rd 2018.
Monday is a holiday in France, so our team can’t proceed with the drawing in that day.
Some of our team forgot this little detail when we announced the lotto?

Got this message “Sadly, your number combination has not been picked by our random drawing. Try your luck next time on OhMyDollz!” which makes it look like they picked the winner themselves instead of how a numbers lottery normally works.
what kind of lottery is this lol
