@ Willowskye I agree & they forgot the neck too. I also wish they would provide different pieces of clothes & separate shoes we could use for these items. We've always had this type of items in quests but can't reuse them because most clothes in the game are designed only to fit classic dolls. The neck is in the full skin pack right next to the head.
In my inventory it’s in between the torso and a hand .

This is a really cute option. You can cover your doll's legs, at least, with different nature elements like rocks and trees. If you need some ideas, I'd suggest checking out the French server fashion show. The hands are another issue, I was wondering how I could use the hands without the arms you get with another pack.

I got the legs and plan to use them in a creative way soon-ish.

I do agree that it will be difficult to use when I'm not sure what to do for the clothes. They should try to add a few items for the new limb positions.

The far-right model with the legs crossed at the ankles: I'm only seeing one of the legs in the packs for that position.  The other leg positions appear to be accounted for.

@laurabow You have to buy the leg pack to have another leg for the pose of the doll sitting on the ground with her knees up to her face. I realize that after I had bought the full limb pack. Which is ok I just now have extra legs I guess lol!

unless they charged feez (or 3 times as many $$$) for body parts that mimic the dollz's skin color... (there is a dollz that clones your dollz's skin, hair, eyes and makeup, so...)
