Does anyone know where you can get this dress?

I'm guessing it's from a flirt since I can't find it in the shops. However it was a lot of dresses to look at all at once so maybe I somehow missed it?

Oh. didn't see it changing before. I'll have to think about it. I like the dress but not the pants outfit it changes into. It's going to be hard to decide. quoi

Its the same dress you have the button to change it.. If you dont click the button it wont change!
