i'm nearly sure you can get the gloves, hair, shoes and (is it called socks? i don't know how you call that thing in her legs) in the cosplay store. *goes confirm*

EDIT: here's where you find some of this:
gloves: cosplay, accessories, page 7*
shoes: cosplay, shoes, pages 3/4 (very similar) or coldy, shoes, pages 1/2/3
socks(or whatever you call it): cosplay, bottoms, page 1*
shorts(or skirt, i'm not sure): cosplay, bottoms, pages 1/2
something that can be usefull: tia, accessories, page 7

*i think that there are better gloves and socks than those above, but i'm not sure where to find them

as darkjewels said you can get some of them from cosplay shop.I will post:

Buttoms->page1->7 $

Buttoms->page 2->10 $

Shoes->Page 3->5 $

Accesories->Page 7->6 $
You can also use this headband from Amethyst:
