1000 weeklies

So I just finished my 500 weeklies and a lot of my friends and people I know are trying it this week and have done it last week too. i know that asuchan is going for 1000 this week and fairysnow was trying it last week. has anyone successfully reached 1000? if so, does anyone care to share how they did it and what the prizes were? ^^"

I reached that a few months ago.
I forgot what the prize was though; sorry.
I obtained it through daily votes. I used to do lots of daily votes but I discontinued.
