It could also be for the eyes or something. Who knows. I guess it's an item to the your imagination run wild.

you can use this to cover small pieces of the dollz's clothes and/or face and/or shoes
with a few of those, you can make a dress look like a top+skirt or add nice details to other items...
or at least that's how i'd use it
but it's something i realy liked, once my creativity is back, i may buy and use it...
