Since I am very bad at drawing on GIMP, I decided to draw on a paper...

I love that chibi! I should have requested a chibi instead at the end of your contest xD
And yeah, it's hard to draw on GIMP without a tablet... free-hand requires skill while a tablet makes drawing a lot easier... I've attempted it before so I know how it feels xD
