Firstly, complements:
Flying fishsticks, you're good. I mean, like seriously awesome stuff. You could probably sell prints of these on DevArt. SERIOUSLY.
Secondly Critique:
However, some of them have... strange anatomy. Like Orochimaru, he has like... four pairs of almost the same size abdominal muscles... the first should be around 1/3rd of the rest and the belly button is a bit too high. Also their heads are too edged, I it kinda looks like their cheeks are hollowed.
Lastly, questions:
Did you pay for your sai program? Do you have an english version? Do you just use your mouse or do you have a tablet? What kind of tablet? Do you use acrylic or paint? Do you paint?

This looks fantastic. I find males easier to draw too, but you've done a splendid job. As always, I am envious.
