I started it on Monday, Angel. It's to get my exercising normally and eating healthier. It's all water weight so it should drop
90 yeah from what I have heard it's not dangerous or anything. Besides its better if bloodsy start now than suddenly start to exercise too hard when she's in training. That's a lot worse.
Lol Angie! I knew it!!
89
They wouldn't allow me to start in training. We have to start before hand
90 there you go. To be honest that makes sense.
89
They set us up for success not failure
90 yeah I mean it dies make sense. It's for your own good really.
89
Yeah I just don't want a temporary 30 day suspension
90 That's what happens when you don't lose weight?
89
It's what happens when you don't pass MEPS
90 oh wow. No we don't want that then.

I'm living off side salads and granola bars to lose the weight
90 Tahini helps me lose lots of weight. And water with like slices of vegetables or fruits.
89
1) what is tahini?
2) I've been drinking lemon water, orange juice, apple juice, and V8 because I know all of those are healthy for you. I also eat granola bars and side salads Bc they're extremely low in calories and yet Bc I'm constantly eating it'll still boost my metabolism. Plus I run almost every morning now. I didn't today and I'm sincerely hating myself right now for not. It doesn't feel right that I didn't. I've been staying active. If I eat meat, I eat grilled chicken Bc I know that's pretty healthy for you.
90 Tahini is like a middle eastern side-dish made out of sesame. It looks like hummus but most people prefer it to it.
What I like the most about it is it makes you feel full fast and at the same time provides so many minerals!
If you want other stuff that help with weight, lemme know. I've been having to do this for a few months now and lost about 30 lbs.
91
I don't recall ever eating tahini like hummus. I'll try that sometime. We usually use it in different recipes
Twin, that's actually really great - getting to a point where it feels wrong for you not to have the run :3
92 oh you never did? You totally should. One of my favorite snacks of all time is actualy either pita and tahini oooor wait for it... Cucumber slices and tahini!
91
I could really use a list of healthy food. Like really lol
I've never ate hummus. I eat cream of wheat sometimes?
92 Actually one thing I depend on nowadays are like the different kind of beans. They're cheap, provide protein and make you not feel hungry for a lot longer. I usually get like fava bean, put tahini on it and maybe some leftover veggies and voila.
It really works when you're on a budget.
93
Since you mentioned Fava beans, making foul (pronounced fool) is also really good to make you feel full.
Just boil a can of fava beans (straight from the can don't add more water) and mash them a little. add a few spices (we put red pepper, salt, and turmeric in everything) let it bubble up while you keep mixing just enough so that it becomes less liquidy. You can add onions and cube-cut tomatoes to garnish. We eat it with bread or on its own.
94 Yep yep! That's how I make it. I just add the tahini to all of that and yum! I also tried adding some leftover celery too.
Every time I eat it, I can go for like 10 - 12 hours without feeling hungry at all.
93
Okay. remember I'm not middle eastern heritage so...y'all are speaking of foreign foods I've never heard of. Ever.
94
Hmm true true XD Sorry!
Theses are fava beans. I looked in walmart, they should have them, although here in Northern Virginia there's a large middle eastern/south asian community so maybe why we can find there. I don't know what it's like in WI...But, look for this. According to the walmart website, it's about $20 for a pack of 6 cans:
