But
How did 4th place get to enter when they just won 1st place in the previous Tarten fashion show. There is a six month waiting time. Maybe it's a bug?

Nope that same person is entered again for the Queen universe show. She just won 1st place on the fashion show a couple back, and should have waited 6 months to enter again.

Yeah, looks like feerik has a bug with the wait time. I wish they would fix that. Since I've entered a show before without realizing my 6 months was up. If it hds only been two weeks though, the fault should lay on both the player and feerik.
