It doesn't appear on the US server, but on the French one the room appears right underneath the Romantic Suite in the Party tap.
It has gotten cold, brr~ Happy Holidays to you and yours!

in theory, you could access it by accessing any random room, then replacing the number after "&piece=" with the room's ID in the address bar. but I don't know that rooms ID...

It doesn't work for my Firewater doll here, it takes me to the room she's currently in. Apparently the room only appears for the French players right now.
