Question About Double-Posting.. ?

Hey!

I was wondering, are we allowed to double post if our topic has two sections?

E.G; Created By You, "My Designs", Furniture and Clothes. Would the first post be on Furniture and make a double post for Clothes... so only for the topic owner?

Or in Contest And Clubs, main post for about the club, double post for members? ETC.

Thanks (:

P.S; I ask this because in the french Ohmydollz, they reserve double posts etc.

They also do that in MissBimbo, like whenever there's a contest, they reserve a post next to the first post for the prizes.
I don't know if it's allowed here... it's kind of confusing though.
In the rules it is said that you're not allowed to double post;

- No double posting/bumping. That means do not post directly after yourself. There is an edit button on your post for a reason.

But then I found some threads that do have double posts.
I'm guessing that there are exceptions?
I don't know.

We should wait for a Mod to answer this.

Re: Question About Double-Posting.. ?

double posting is against the rules, edit your last post if it is the last in the topic everytime!
shure we try to tell it everybody, but also we mods are just humans and canīt have our eyes everywhere. we told the persons to stopp it, and mostly they do.

I've seen people do that in Created By You too. But sometimes mods post there without asking them to not do double post, which is what confused me. :P

Re: Question About Double-Posting.. ?

The mods can't catch every rule that gets broken.

Double posting is against the rules.

I find it a bit weird though. We're not doing any harm are we? But then I suppose they are rules, and there there for a reason.
