To add to what sis00 said:
Look under your chracteristics box on your page. You can see the % of your experience. You can click on 'train' to increase your 'experience'. You can train once per day for free. When your 'experience' reaches 100%, you can progress 'beauty' or anything else by clicking on 'progress' next to it. Hope that helps!
